Guest guest
AAaaargh! Spit, spit! Replacing milk's not so hard. I use canned coconut milk for baking & hot chocolate, but I also get complaints about my cooking. I can't tell the difference! Sesame seeds are a good source of calcium. Tahini (sesame paste) is excellent (comes canned, & with chick pea paste if you like: add more garlic: yummy as a dip or sandwich spread).. If you don't crush the seeds to powder, they do go right through: fine, if you're looking for roughage. Thanks for the warning about this viral contamination! Nobody needs milk (except for Mom's & just for a while)!
