AAaaargh! Spit, spit! Replacing milk's not so hard. I use canned

coconut milk for baking & hot chocolate, but I also get complaints about

my cooking. I can't tell the difference! Sesame seeds are a good

source of calcium. Tahini (sesame paste) is excellent (comes canned, &

with chick pea paste if you like: add more garlic: yummy as a dip or

sandwich spread).. If you don't crush the seeds to powder, they do go

right through: fine, if you're looking for roughage. Thanks for the

warning about this viral contamination! Nobody needs milk (except for

Mom's & just for a while)! Steve
