My white sauce leaves a lot to be desired. Also, are gourmet mushrooms best for sauce, or do you go with the regular varieties. I have sworn off refined flours...just wondering which whole-grain flours are best for the right consistency. This idle chit-chat, though of interest to you, is really non-essential to this very long list. Clicking on and deleting these is really quite enervating.
