Evening Alobar,

Thanks for the economic summary. The cost you posted very closely

parallel the cost I have experienced.

We are close to the same age, so the older figures of less than $ 50.00 per

month bring back memories.

Often in the days were $ 50.00 would buy you a months supply, I would

tell my friends that it is worth that much to feel great for ONE DAY, that

is..... when one feels terrible and cannot work or play.

Today with rates and earnings inflated, It can be worth $ 200.00 to feel

good for one day. Considering what it cost to visit the sawbones, and wait

for hours, and the often horrific results, I might even say it can be

worth $ 500.00 to feel good for one day and avoid the asphalt jungle of

bacteria and staph infections.

I spend a lot more than that on supplements; about what it would cost me, if

I smoked a pack a day, and also consumed a few drinks a day. But I don't

smoke and I don't drink.

I spend more also...... at times. And.... I bet Alobar does as well.

These figures must be the basic stapes that we use regularly. Virtually

every time I stop by my local health food store I spend $ 50 to $ 75.00.

By using the internet to order, we often save 20 to 50 % over local retail

prices.

My local store gives me a 20% discount off all items. Then..... I found

out that everyone I send by, they were giving the same discount. I told

them they did not have to do that. I don't want them to go out of business.

--- Morning John & Alobar,

A good friend of mine found herself taking $300 worth of

supplements monthly after a *botched* hyst. They had basically given

up on her, telling her the pain was " all in her head " .

With an all-organic diet she has been able to cut down on her

supplements and achieve a greater degree of healing than she

previously thought.

After all, one has to eat! LOL
