Guest guest
--- Joseph, Yogurt is especially beneficial, although I prefer an organic source. Bananas also are helpful to a lesser degree. Guest guest
I learned from a chinese doctor to scrape the white inside of the banana peel and add it to my smothies as it is an excellent source of vitamins donna In a message dated 3/12/02 11:10:02 AM, joguest writes: << --- Joseph, Yogurt is especially beneficial, although I prefer an organic source. Guest guest
--- Donna and All, Lactobacillus Acidophilus culture is especially good taken in freeze-dried powder or liquid form as it tends to replenish the favorable bacteria in the large intestine and also prevents the growth of any harmful bacteria at the same time. It is essential that we maintain sufficient *friendly* bacteria in order for nutrients to be properly assimilated by the body!
