I sometimes put raw garlic in capsules. Not easy. And won't keep; it

melts the Caps.

I first ordered capsules from the pharmacy, they cost $23 for 100.

Then I found them on the net for $17 for 1,000 including a filler plate.

The pharmacy refunded the $23.

Also there are two kinds, gelatin and vegetarian.

Some Vitamin companies sell them also.

Creatine is about 1 teaspoon.

I missed the part about Creatine; and where does one get the ALC, ALA &

CoQ10 in powder form?
