Guest guest Posted March 3, 2002 Report Share Posted March 3, 2002 I'm so confused! I have been reading up on kefir, and was considering adding this to my diet. That is until I read about how both lactic acid, acetic acid (necessary to make cholesterol) are in this food. Now I don't know what to do as I've just seen where high amounts of lactic acid promote abnormal brain behavior! A little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing...how true, especially when it involves nutrition. Does anyone here have personal experience with kefir, or know enough to comment about this?
