In their book Nourishing Traditions, Sally and Mary advocate the use of

organic, raw, pasture fed milk products, -- they do not think milk per se is

'poison' -- just the processed, homo, pasturized, BST,hormone, antibiotic,

etc. loaded variety. They also urge one to use organic, pasture fed beef - do

I don't think they're working for the beef industry!
