Guest guest
Hi. I'm a layman. Possibly a good thing to be after reading hundreds of different views on alternative medicine in the last while. However, suffer me for a few minutes. I had a frozen shoulder about 8 years ago followed by the other one a couple of years later and then even my right hip. I'm now free of any pain and can touch my right hand over my back to my left hand under. If you have frozen shoulder then you KNOW I am cured. I found my cure through reading books. The most information came from Adelle Davis. She is slammed in some quarters for her forthright views that caused some problems. But .... most of her stuff is good. I have come to the conclusion that most of our alternative remedies do much the same thing. They improve our intake of necessary trace elements. Problem is, we are spending far too much on sorting out our genes and not enough on what we need. It is my contention that Adelle Davis was absolutely right when she kept on harping on about pantothenic acid(vitamin B5) From the Greek pantos meaning everywhere. It is in all living matter. I think THIS is what we are not getting enough of. Try it. Bill.

Was it pantothenic acid that cured your frozen shoulder? Mindy

It would need a trials of upwards of 1000 people to determine that. However, I am an ex-physical training instructor and I understand physiology. I had it in three joints. The first shoulder took a year to diagnose and treat. The other shoulder, because I stopped taking it? was treated in a couple of months because I recognised it straight away. Then I stopped again. The right hip started. Cured in 2 months again. I just took delivery of 1200 tablets. 1x500mg per day for the rest of my life. Put Vitamin B5 in and read. You will be surprised.
