Guest guest
Hi Rob, Just for interest's sake, I just went over this with my MD and he disagrees (what's new huh). He suggests taking the magnesium and calcium at separate times of the day, magnesium - morning and calcium evening. He stated that taking them together they cancel out your body's ability to absorb them efficiently. Some day they will know for sure how it all works. But for now since following his direction the magnesium really does its job more effectively (for me).
