Guest guest
I've been lurking for a while and have been meaning to post and say 'hi'. I saw the posts about L-tryptophan, and just wanted to let y'all know that it is possible to get it on a prescription from a compounding pharmacy. I get mine from Medicine Shoppe in Tx. i have chronic fatigue in addition to other problems, and yet paradoxically have trouble sleeping at night. Have been seeing a dr who's in integrative med., finally found out afer lots of tests I'm medium high in mercury so am using DMSA to chelate. He wants me to go thru 6 cycles over 3 months and then do another urine test to see what's what. Anyone here have experience with this? He says that it's still unclear whether I'd really have to have all my fillings replaced (I have a lot) or just chelate regularly to avoid buildup. Any opinions? I'm just starting my third 3-day course of DMSA. (In between I am of course doing lots of nutritional supplements as recommended per Jacob Teitlebaum & others.)
