Hi All,

 

The amount of free radicals generated from food is related to their calorie

content and thus eating food with more ORAC measured natural anti-oxidants per

calorie will allow more of the natural anti-oxidants to quench more free

radicals than those produced by the food.

 

Here is a listing of the ORAC rating per calorie for various common foods. Try

to eat more of the top foods and less of the bottom foods to get more natural

anti-oxidants.
