Guest guest
I make a health drink for my mom sometimes it has alot off good things it it. I wonder if I put a few drops of cayenne in it, if it would be helpful as she doesnt drink this everyday.. What else could I sneak in there for her diabetes , neurology, HBP cholestoral etc under the guise of blueberries , soy , whey, glutathione , apple cider vinegar, flaxseed oil??? Thanks donna In a message dated 2/9/02 10:24:36 PM, joguest writes: << --- Roger that! " John Polifronio " <counterpnt@e...> wrote: > Hi Joann > I love those ethnic foods too. Guest guest
Donna, That sounds like a good idea. A warning to those of you that take prescription medicine - Cayenne stimulates digestion and will speed the absorption of the medicine and could result in getting too much too fast. It is good with herbs though. Ron Donna wrote : I make a health drink for my mom sometimes it has alot off good things it it. Guest guest
--- I see no reason you couldn't add it to her smoothie. Not sure about the after taste though. LOL Apples (fresh) are excellent for diabetes, along with fenugreek vitamin E (1,000 mgs natural). Fish oil is good for HBP, also olive oil (E.V.) There was a study done on this. If you're at all interested I could fill you in.
