Some years back I did switch over to organic eggs & would recommend eggs from organic free range hens over regular eggs as being much safer with regards the chronic infections which seem to inhabit the regular chickens which are fed antibiotics constantly in a vain effort to get rid of the infections which are endemic because of their miserable lives.
