Guest guest
--- John, Various Ethnic foods are quite helpful, as in Far Eastern and Indian cuisine. I find more ginger dressings and sauces are available in Indian cuisines; also they tend to incorporate more cayenne in many of their dishes. I LOVE Ethnic foods. One major reason my blockages dissolved so rapidly. They say that cayenne works like a fire in the veins to clear out any offending deposits that collect over the years from transfats, etc.(it usually takes a 30 yr buildup to cause problems)... Hot sauces are excellent, also ginger dressings and even Mexican beans with jalapeno. Once you start looking it is amazing how much you can find with jalapeno. The only thing I would not recommend would be the jalapeno cheeses and chips, which tend to exacerbate the condition further (due to saturated fat, BGH and GMO content). I found my answers in alternatives and good organic foods over the past few years. Sometimes one has to search a little to obtain the knowledge to achieve the desired results, but it's well worth the effort for I've found that unlike their drug counterparts (that only mask over the symptoms) they truly DO WORK VERY WELL.
