Guest guest
First of all thanks to everyone for the great info on this board. My question is, I want to substitute dandelion root coffee for my regular coffee. Can I drink too much of dandelion root coffee at one time or over the course of time? Or can I drink all I want? Also, is burdock root good for cleaning out the cholesterol in the blood? thanks
Guest guest
---Burdock is very cleansing, although I wouldn't recommend it if you are prone to anemia. It depletes iron stores very rapidly. Dandelion is great for liver cleanse. As you can see the lecithin content of dandelion far surpasses any that you can obtain from Soy Lecithins! I use it to avoid further cardiovascular buildups, and in conjunction with avoiding hydrogenated fat products, it works VERY well. You may email me if you wish. In the UK, it is available both with the burdock or w/o. You can also obtain it online.
