Hi all,

Would anyone know what causes a constant leg cramp? it gets worse when I

make a wrong move and step on my leg in the wrong way. I just fell and it is

causing a very strong constant cramp and I can hardly walk.

I would appreciate any of your views.

Thanks

Amal

Hi

I had this in my foot several months ago. I started taking a

calcium/magnesium supplement, and it went away gradually.

I have suffered with leg cramps for years, just stretching my legs as I woke

up caused horrendous cramp, sometimes it woke me in the middle of the night

and I had to jump out of bed and pace until it had subsided, and I had no

idea how to get rid of it.

I had been avoiding salt for the last 32 years and particularly in the last

year as I have hypertension but was advised to get Herbamare which is an

organic sea salt mixed with wonderful herbs. I started using the Herbamare

sparingly and also started to eat a banana every day for breakfast - result,

the cramps are fading fast and I do not get woken up by them any more. Try

it, it may not work for you but is definitely worth a try.

Ok, that's a relief. The reason I asked is because that happened to my

husband once, it felt like a cramp and like you, he had fallen. He ended up

with a blood clot in his leg that put him in the hospital for a week.
