I have the Dr.Fife book which is very informative but I need a recipe book-any suggestions ? I received a quart of the coconut il this week.. thanks Donna For 2, 2 dozen Blueberries, 1 dozen Strawberries, 2 Kiwi Fruit, 1 medium Banana, 6 pitted Prunes, 2 tablespoon ground flax, 2 tablespoon VCNO, 1 cup no fat Soy drink, blend, then add Soy drink to make 4 glasses.
