That is a U.S. law, but we no longer enforce it. The WTO and GATT objected,

so now tuna caught on the dolphin is labeled " dolphin safe " to appease

Americans.

So, it's OK as long as no one sees more than 5,000 dolphins killed....but

who's counting?

 

BTW, mahi-mahi fish is dolphin.
