Guest guest
Does anyone know anything about Orange Glo products - we can only purchase them from TV here in the UK but they advocate that they are 'natural' products. Years ago I purchased some OxiClean and looked at the container but there are no ingredients on it so I cannot work out whether they are good to use or not. I use special 'wash balls' for my laundry and Ecloths (nothing but water required to wipe down surfaces and clean windows etc) so if these products are natural, they are just what I need for those extra hard jobs like the shower. Any help would be appreciated. Marianne
Guest guest
Marianne, We also bought the OxiClean and Orange glow products and I think we got ours from a door to door salesmen at the time but I noticed a few days ago that it was for sale at our local Hardware store. Not too long ago we bought something which is supposed to be identical in ingredients as the OrangeGlo from another door to door salesmen. This one has the ingredients listed and this is what it says. Ingredients: Water, Alkyl,Aryl Sulphonate, Amide Complex, Glycol Ether, D-Limonene, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Menthyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben, Imidazolldinyl Urea, F D & C Yellow #10, D & C Red #4. It claims these ingreidents are the natural citrus extracts of Orange, lemon and lime peels but that these natural oils are not to be taken internally. It claims to be a mulit-purpose cleaner with the strength of other cleaners but without the harmul environmental effects. I hope this helps some. If you want, I'll go check out the OrangeGlo and OxiCleaner at the store and see what their label says as well. It's just a few blocks from here. P.S. Cairo is amazingly well today! Acting like a Kitty again...and no sneezing. I know there is an mlm company out there that sells many items that are toxic but they have one product that you can actually drink and it will do you no harm at all - that is what I would call a natural product........... I am so glad to hear that Cairo is on the mend - I pray that it will continue. Guest guest
I think natural means it will not hurt the environment but many natural substances can kill you. How do you think they were able to poisen people in the olden days? Poisen can be derived from natural sources and it's possible some of these ingredients are great for cleaning but not so great for your insides. It's just a guess though.
