I am trying hard to figure out what my trailmix ingredients would spell is I use the first letter of all the ingredients. <grin> That is after deciphering the LSA word. Today I bought a grinder. So... what if, I grind sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, flax seed, and brazil nuts? All I have are the brown flax seeds. I called the one place that had flax seeds and all they had was brown. I had brown already in my stock, as well as all the other things I mentioned above. Must get some gold flax soon. Actually, I have been eating all this stuff for a year or more. Been eating sunflower and pumpkin seeds for many years. Grinding them with the teeth seems to work OK. I requested the small sample of gold flaxseed and they are relatively easy to chew, much easier than the brown. Still, I can understand why primitive man may have died with no teeth, that is if he lived long enough. Wayne
Guest guest
My understanding was that they died WITH most of their teeth in top notch condition -- very few cavities, but wear from grinding. > Still, I can understand why primitive man may have died with no teeth, > that is if he lived long enough. Yes, I have read that many times. I meant.... they wore their teeth down. Surely they had to chew many things tougher and harder that we do today.
