Guest guest
Cooking in aluminum foil will cause aluminum to be transfered to the food and you. Just like drinking from aluminum cans except accelerated. I found this out while testing for heavy metals. My first test was normal for aluminum. Between this test and the next (several months) I was cooking a certain food in aluminum foil ( mistake of course). The next test showed very elevated aluminum, could have been a lab mistake but I doubt it. Other than the one food item I had no other contact with aluminum.
