Is there that much advantage to the gold flax seed? Also, what about the best place to order the flax seed. Seems there are many sources. Any suggestion appreciated. I get my flax from my local WholeFood store. They are a Texas based chain. I have no idea how far they have spread. I looked on the internet & found some very expensive golden flax. I could see no reason to spend that much as they made no statements to indicate why it was so much better. I pay $2/pound. The brown is about $1/pound at WholeFoods.
