Evening Alobar,

I have a blender I could use. Also have some of the brown flax seed.

Is there that much advantage to the gold flax seed? Also, what about the

best place to order the flax seed. Seems there are many sources.

Any suggestion appreciated.

Brown flax tastes stronger to me. Not as mild. Not bad but it

flavors fruit smoothies more than I like. I get my flax from my local

WholeFood store. They are a Texas based chain. I have no idea how far

they have spread. I looked on the internet & found some very expensive

golden flax. I could see no reason to spend that much as they made no

statements to indicate why it was so much better. I pay $2/pound. The

brown is about $1/pound at WholeFoods. The one good thing I saw about the

real expensive stuff is they say it is not genetically modified.
