So I personally use many different tools. 1. Use a deep breath, hold, then blow out through the mouth... I do it 3-5 times. Donna has the Expelling the venom method. 2. I make sure I go into a deep hypnotic trance, for about 10 minutes, twice a day. Once when I wake up. The other time when I go to bed. (This is in addition to working on projects remotely) This is for complete relaxation of the mind and body. 3. Sometimes it's hard to do. So I tell myself, " I like myself, I like myself, I like myself... " Several times so I can accept who I am. Then going into that deep relaxation is simple to do. 4. After the body normalizes with deep relaxation, then I do the Rooster Crown to hook up the proper hormonal cleansing... 5. Then sedate TW, and energize Spleen. (See those methods, 36 of them on the back posts) 6. Being sure to stop any adrenal overactivity. And to massage those adrenal lymphatics, front and back. So much to do, The good news is, it is all do'able. 7. Sometimes I substitute 10 minutes in the spa, reading a non-thought type of book, for the hypnosis. 8. Three times a week, I work out the stress by leading a " fighting " class where we all exercise and pound the crap out of each other for an hour and a half. Things that " WE " find very enjoyable and fun. So, some type of " fun and enjoyable " thing that you do might be benefical also.
