I'm real curious because of my past experiences (in business since

1973) and past education (MS in Business Management, and another

major in Advertising)...

 

....that type of " rules " structure almost NEVER is successful for a

growing business...

 

....in fact, it almost always becomes a primary cause of business

failure...

 

....too many indians and not enough chiefs.

 

....and, they actually think that since they have a good widgit (from

their own Point of Reference), that the world is going to buy from

them, which is just NOT the case.

 

I've also noticed that Water Elements and Earth Elements tend to

almost always FAIL in business...

 

....one can't get around to it...

 

....the other will tend to help only the ones that can't pay, or

won't

pay, for whatever reason...

 

....please note.

 

I am not condeming those two elements. I'm just explaining something

I've noticed.

 

I also know that Donna has requested some person in this community

to

give their business " sense " to those in her Energy Medicine field

that want a thriving business...

 

....and almost no one has come to the front to donate their services.

 

Please notice that the word, " donate " and the word, " business " fall

into different personalily nitches.

 

Now, there are a couple of Water/Wood's and Earth/Woods that I've

helped, just because...(own reasons, not important to this group,

AND

already given in another post)...

 

One of them has implemented " a small " portion of what was suggested,

and when he's Water, virtually nothing gets done EXCEPT he has many

a " pity party " for himself...

 

....then something occurs (me, on purpose, because he's/she's my

friend) that angers him (motivates him), and then he turns into a

Wood and actually accomplishes quite a lot...

 

Another one, whose Earth is very huge has not yet done much

financially, but a lot of, " we gotta save the world " ...

 

Very interesting to give out pure gold, then sit here in my Tree

fort

and watch covertly what is done, and what is not done...and their

reasons (normally previously learned filters) for NOT doing anything.
