Do you eat any sugar or processed flour? Alcohol? Try cutting ALL of

it out and eating as much raw and organic fruits and vegetables as you

can (an anti-inflammation diet) Make it fun, make it sexy. Big, sexy

salads. Nuts, seeds and whole grains. Sexy juicy fruit salads. Cook

whole grains in water (like rice) and add it to the salads.

The South Beach diet is really pretty good for inflammation

(anti-vascular inflammation diet) and the weight thing. (boy do I give

advice I need to take, pretty easily!)

My joints are a bit rough too - years of jumping horses and 80's

aerobic classes (hard on the hips, knees and feet). Do you get puffy

easily? (the inflammation thing...)

Do you have fire element in you? I swear the 'flaming' gets stuck in

the joints.

I joined a well-respected Yoga place a few weeks ago. (to whack down

triple-warmer) Took 5 classes a week for a few weeks. My knees became

completely unstable! Started to buckle on me - just buckle out (really

pissed me off!) Yoga must have overstretched the ligaments and the

muscles around the joints. (I'm really flexible and pretty strong, so

it wasn't that I was pushing it too much) Because I was going to the

Yoga House every day, I didn't go to my regular gym and weight train.

So, this week I went to my regular gym (worked on the knee muscles) and

dumped the yoga classes - and knees are much better.

After you've decreased the inflammation - can you work with PT to build

up the muscles around the joint with weight (free weights, probably).

If you build up the muscle around the joint, you can stabilize it.

Maybe the key is taking away stuff (sugars and simple carbs) -- not

adding stuff (the herbals....)

I'm in the midst of putting together an energy medicine work-out

(because I can't talk anyone else who's qualified to, into doing it!)

We can compare notes :)

Are you trying to use occult NLP brain-washing to

scare us into having sex with organic foods? Is this

group safe?

PS - And isn't " joints " an isomorphic metaphor for

smoking marijuana!!!!!!

PPS - God help us!

PPPS - Government help us!

Yes! I am!

And, double whammy, 'joint' is multi-metaphoric :)
