Guest guest Posted February 16, 2007 Report Share Posted February 16, 2007 Hi everyone, Sorry it took me a while to get back to everyone,but I run three buisneses and go to school so my free time is pretty anorexic. Lets see I first would like to thank everyone who wrote for givin a darn- and for those that did not- well mabye next time. For the comment on the Goji berri juice-yes I have tried it. Luck would have it that I run a nutrition store. It seems thatn most juices are too acidic on my gi tract. so it does not suit me well The statement pretaining the exersise, I am a amauter body builder so the exersize should be suficient. The hours of sleep topic- I am always tierd the only thing that gets me through the day is my energy training and the fact that insomnia seems to run in my family I have gone with virtually no sleep up to six and eight days at a time-it kills my muscle growth potencial my guts are always messed up, my mental prowess is shot. I would love to be able to fall asleep and stay asleep all night not an hour here and a hour their of sleep. The only thing that even gives me an hour or two of sleep or lets me mabey fall a sleep is a benadril type derivitive. To the the statement of use my time constructivly, thats how I run three buisnesses and go to school for my Phd in Physical therepy-but I am myserable from years of no sleep I am only 27 and am already getting gray hairs on the sides of my head. I know that their were other responses and I will glady like to make contact and try them-please forgive me if I forgot anyone or misspeld anything, but it has been 4 days since I have slept last Thanks again, please one and all write back soon I enjoy reading all caring responses.
