The exercise is great, and the meridians are running properly and have been jump-started, the T-cells are doing what they are supposed to be doing... ....and by tapping those spleen lymphatics you are releasing congested energies in a way that helps metabolize fat (among other things). And if you are breathing right...in deeply and out explosively, you are doing something close to a fire-breath which also helps burn fat. Also stay away from margarine, cooking oils, especially soy oils...and replace them with virgin coconut oil. Coconut oil goes right to the liver, is thermogentic, and will cause the body to heat up to burn more calories. Just by replacing those 'killer' fats with coconut oils will cause you to lose about 38 pounds a year without doing anything else. Cool hunnnn? John La Tourrette, PhD PS. More later.
