Last summer I was giving a seminar in Great Britain, and it was a seminar on " How To Build a Bullet-Proof Aura " and I was going over the forehead Neurovasculars... There were about 42 NLP trainers and students there learning this energy stuff. I was doing my normal process of demo first, then all do the drills... ....and I had this nice-looking lady come up and hold this man's forehead neurovasculars from the rear. I did a SUDS scale first, and his " incident " was a 9. ....AFTER about 2 minutes as I'm talking him and her through the drill, he GOT REAL ANXIOUS! He went from a 9 (10 is the highest number on the scale) to a 14 and it WAS STILL CLIMBING! The guy was literally freaking out infront of the class. And I go, " Wow! It's really working. We've gotten RID OF the overburden, and now we can WORK ON the REAL PROBLEM! " Sort of neat having this happen infront of all those people. Really gets you to think real fast. (Notice that the ALL CAPS are used for unconscious hypnotic programming in conversation.) I had her continue to hold those neurovasculars and I added to the mix... ....the basic EFT tapping drill! When I hit the Stomach Pt. 1, all the anxiety, pain, anger, etc TOTALLY DISAPPEARED! I mean, in about 12 seconds of the combined NV hold and the tapping his SUDS scale went down to ZERO! So, that might be the time to add " tapping " into the mix. I've used that specific combination since then with spectacular quick and effective results. John M.
