Hey All :)

Doc, I have a question concerning a drill you gave which has to do

with the neurovasculars. Here's the drill, althogh ican't remember

the post number:

" ...and the Chi will flow through all the muscles of his body they

way it is supposed to.

Have him...

1. Place the thumb over the finger-nail of the index finger (both

hands)...

2. Then have him place the middle finger and ring finger together

(on both hands)...

3. And place those pads on his forehead neurovasculars (about 1 "

above the eyebrows on each side of the forehead)...

4. And hold those pads there until he feels " even " pulses from both

sides, on those neurovasculars.

Then repeat the process a couple of times a day for 2-3 weeks, until

his body relearns how-to-flow the Chi naturally.

It should only take about 3-5 minutes (longer if you need. Check the

pulses to know), and then the body gets the new habit. "

My question is: was this drill prescribed for this man because his

enery flows or is it a drill that can be done for general

maintenance of energy flows and chi? If it can be used by everyone,

could you elaborate on the exact positioning of the fingers?

I think i have a general idea of how it might look, so would it be

alright if i uploaded a pick of the positioning for the group to use?

I have it saved to my computer just in case.
