Guest guest
Well, I had gout, excess uric acid, mainly lodged as pin-prick crystals in the left big-toe/bunion. Painful it was. Debilitating pain, agonizing and stunting my walk. Then, I went into a prescribed allopurniol regimen as suggested by my allopathic doctor to remove the excess uric acid. However what caused the excess uric acid? In a book on vitamins and nutrients [James & Phyllis Balch] I read that the source of the problem, was a lack of vitamin-B5 (pantothenic acid) or a lack of vitamin-E. Not knowing which, I started a daily regimen of both. I blood tested six months later. The uric acid returned to normal. The painful bunion persisted. Then came inspiration from this group and Donna's book. I tried figure 8's, here's how. Consider the body as an X with arms and legs stretched diagonally. An imagined figure 8 - a big arc - starting from the left arm, into the solar plexus down the back into the end of the left leg.. increased the pain. An opposite figure 8.. similarly from the left arm forward across the body into the right leg... decreased the pain... wow.. I felt relieved. That was not enough, I needed to completely eradicate the pain. Reading though Donna's chapters on the Chakras, i felt each one.. the fist one.. on the pelvis.. then the one below the navel...the pain in my bunion shot up.. i moved up.. above the navel.. at the solar plexus.. the pain subsided.. then further up.. to my heart chakra... mid-point between the nipples... the pain is gone... Now everytime.. i sense pain.. in the left bunion... i either do a figure 8.. left arm into the solar plexus out of the right leg.. or a more powerful and potent touch of the heart charkra.. and wow.. the pain is gone for extended periods of time... Of course, I do the daily routine. I owe gratitude to you all! Cheers, G
