Hi Daizie

I'm no medical expert, but from having arthritis for 7 years, and dealing

with trapped nerves from the inflammation, to me it sounds similar to some

kind of inflammatory infection, which it hopefully is rather than MS.

Therefore any stones that reduce inflammation would possibly help. I

personally find lapis lazuli to be excellent for pain. Other stones useful

for pain relief are blue lace agate, magnetitie, dioptase, rose quartz,

turquoise, carnelian, malachite. Also, to this list I would add clear

quartz points.

What I do to ease pain, is to lie flat on my back, with my lapis lazuli disc

under my spine, and position quartz points facing inwards at the soles of my

feet. And additional quartz point can be placed above your head. If you do

not have a flat disc, you can lie on your stomach, placing a small

tumblestone on your spine.
