Guest guest
Hi Daizie >I am new crystals and crystal healing. I am reading and experiment >as much as I can. I have been having some trouble with my back and >have recently had some numbing feeling in rear end and both my feet. >I went to the hospital on Wednesday and I either have a serious >infection in my spine or probably MS. > I'm no medical expert, but from having arthritis for 7 years, and dealing with trapped nerves from the inflammation, to me it sounds similar to some kind of inflammatory infection, which it hopefully is rather than MS. Therefore any stones that reduce inflammation would possibly help. I personally find lapis lazuli to be excellent for pain. Other stones useful for pain relief are blue lace agate, magnetitie, dioptase, rose quartz, turquoise, carnelian, malachite. Also, to this list I would add clear quartz points. What I do to ease pain, is to lie flat on my back, with my lapis lazuli disc under my spine, and position quartz points facing inwards at the soles of my feet. And additional quartz point can be placed above your head. If you do not have a flat disc, you can lie on your stomach, placing a small tumblestone on your spine. light love & blessings Hazel >I have tremendous pain in both my feet. They feel as if they are >cold and numb yet burning. > >My question is what, if any, stone holds properties that when >meditated on can help in the easing of this pain. > >Any suggests, comments, or information because I am very afraid of >being sick to begin with so I having a great deal of trouble dealing >with the pain and the situtation. If anyone has any particular types >of meditation or any suggestion to help I would appreciate it. > >Thank you! daizie71 > _______________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp
