One of the secrets of 'toning' the stomach is to be sure that the energy is

flowing through it properly.

 

You do that by massaging the inner thighs, the outer thighs and the space below

the ribs.

 

That massaging will release congested energy and allow the abdomenal muscles to

do their job better.

 

Then you augument those energy drills with 'sit-backs'.

 

Another drill is to do leg raises. Do them in the 4 directions. To the front, to

both sides and to the rear.

 

They not only strengthen the thigh muscles, but they stretch the stomach area

which once again allows the trapped energies to flow properly.

 

Sounds like a small amount of exercise, right? Right! Do it!

 

Within a week your tummy will look flatter, stronger and more youthful.
