My sleep cycles depend on what project I'm working on. If I'm giving a seminar, I get about 4 hours each night. If I'm leading sparring class, I need 8 hours each night. If I drink 1-2 beers, I now need 10 hours of sleep and it's not enough. Lxxx's problem was caused by hyper-vigilance. And Donna addressed that with the dissociation drill (a covert hypnosis drill) that she taught her. Then Lxxx needed to actually DO THE DAMN DRILL to get the results she wanted. Funny how that works.
