Aloha,

When younger, I had insomnia: night school and more to do... My cure: Writing lists of what I wanted to do/accomplish. The lists helped me set goals, organize the mobs of thoughts in my head. As others have told you, it's your mind.

At the time, I was doing time-management and could account for 27-28 hours each day because of my insane multi-tasking. Since then, I have worked on "Mindfulness", as taught by a great Vietnamese Buddhist Teacher, Thicht Naht Hahn (sp?).
