Guest guest
About 3 years back I hv an attack of nervous breakdown resulting in right side footdrop. At that time my MRI revealed Disc herniation at L3 L4 left side with likely impingenment upon the existing nerve roots. There was drop of foot but there was burning pain ,tingling ,numbness & inability to sense vibration. From that day I am taking physical therapy called electrical muscle stimulator / I.F.T. and hot dip waxing. to maintain muscle tone of right foot. Since recovery is taking longer time I request your goodself as which type of SU JOK TREATMENT is to be performed to evaluate nerve function. Presently there is tightness and heaviness on my right foot as well as it has gone weak I cannot stand on right leg when ever I do jogging I feel that I can fall down at any time ie imbalance of foot. Recently I have learned Sujok Spiral Twist Part 1 & 2 method and accordingly only on vertebra you have 5 points on lumber – any other point as per your knowledge will help me to cure my footdrop problem.
