Feeling spaced out - need to ground!

Dear Hazel,

Since you are feeling spaced-out, I would recommend using stones at

your 6 & 7 (head) chakras as well as those for your feet. For your feet

and root chakra, I'd recommend any dense stone that comes from the

ocean or from several inches below the surface of the earth - any size,

but make sure they are *heavy* (or dense). For your head, I would

recommend howlite (natural or tinted) or -- my favorite -- dioptase.

Both work to balance the 6th chakra. They work, in part, to slow down

emotions so that they don't feel so overwhelming and the dioptase works

especially well for mental clarity which, in my experience, aids

tremendously, in grounding. They stones only need to be kept by the

chakras for about 15 minutes, but use daily until you are feeling

better.
