Guest guest
I'm still going through tons of notes and recordings from the workshops and here's an important point that Donna wanted to emphasize....she said she likes to see a lot of figure 8's in a person's aura because when she sees them she knows that a person can bounce back really well no matter how bad they are. 8's were top's on her list for staying well, feeling good. She suggested doing whatever you can to increase your 8's and maintain them at a high density level in your energy field. Now I've always incorporated figure 8's into my routine but in retrospect I'm thinking I wasn't doing them nearly enough, so I decided to start doing them much more often. I noticed that during the workshop, after returning from every break, Donna always had us do drills to get the energies flowing...and three thumps, figure 8's, SHE, WC were almost always included. She'd sometimes include the Celtic Weave too. Now at work or at home whenever I take a mini-break I'll spend a minute or two doing exercises to get my energies balanced and strenghtened and increasing my 8's. In addition to learning how important 8's are. I learned I can clear and charge my chakras and balance my meridians in just a few minutes using some new techniques that Donna has never taught before. Using colors, crystals, stones, was a major leap forward for me, new tools I've already started to use and benefit from. If you work with clients, she gave a simple method for sealing in the work that you do on them, helping it to stay with them in between their appointments. It only takes seconds to do. Donna gave us so many ideas, so much new stuff, most of it's not in her book or videos since she's never taught it to the general public before. I have so much to do, so many notes and audio to transcribe from the workshops and I want to get it all down so I don't forget anything. Four of my friends, who are really receptive to this sort of material have been after me to teach them some of what I learned, so I need to get a move on it. Lori P.S. I can't say it enough...thank you Doc for making it possible for me to attend yours and Donna's workshops in October and giving me some great ideas on what to do next with all the things I've been learning.
