Guest guest
for the past year, since I started my Shiatsu program I've begun to acquire a few symptoms, and you like to know how everyone would diagnose me. The signs are as follows: Many skin related problems: Mild psoriasis on my limbs and body, started on my genitals. Eczema between my pinky and ring finger, spreads across my knuckles in the winter. Very slow and incomplete healing of my skin, small scratches even leave scars. Itchy palms in the morning (very recent). Dry skin, lassitude, hunger pains in the morning, but with no will to eat. Bloating and gas from lactose (but i don't consume dairy) and other foods, like processed stuff. midback pains (chronic from childhood muscular and spinal). Very cracky bones, every joint cracks and pops. 21 year old male living in Ontario, Canada, in an urban environment. The only stress I experience is when i slack and fall behind in my studies. But generally I'm stress-free. Lack ability to take action without a push, respond to ignorance with frustration, and I'm generally easy-going. I'm athletic, in good shape, train martial arts and acrobatic activities. my tongue is normal but with mild teethmarks, my pulse is strong and regular, I appear very calm. My voice is a little low and i guess lacks a little confidence. My diet consists of a little bit of meat, lots of whole wheat, rice, some vegetables, fruits, and legumes. I don't eat junk food, and stay away from processed food and dairy. If I crave anything it's chocolate from time to time. My bowel movements are regular (every day), I drink mostly water and tea... That's just about all I can think of. I think it may have something to do with the spleen and/or liver/Gallbladder. I think the psoriasis may be due to heat but I'm not sure. I'd like to know how you would diagnose me. Consider this a case study.
