This protocol comes from my wife, a herbalist and supplement consultant:

First 2 things to do is drink enough water [one ounce water for every 2 pounds body weight daily] and a magnesium supplement.

Don't overdo the magnesium or you'll induce diarrhea.

I suggest one 500 mg. of magnesium citrate and one 500 mg, of Calcium/Magnesium citrate.

Citrates are the best form to take these minerals.

Next take some pro biotics [acidophilus/bifidus] and a fiber blend of 50% soluble [psyllium husk ] and 50% insoluble[oat bran].

Mix the fibers together dry and shake one teaspoonful in 1/2 glass of water and down immediately before the psillum gets into a gooey sludge. Do this twice daily.

On the energy level I'd do some "sinking the flame' drills.

If there is any parasite or other bug causing this your allopath shoud be able to find it.

intestine cramps...

Hi guys,I was wondering if anyone had any experience of dealing with (what the doctor diagnosed as) intestinal cramps? I've just been prescribed mebeverine to help ease spasms but if anyone else has encountered this problem and successfully resolved this painful issue, i'd really like to hear. I've done a quick search of the archives but found nothing so thought i'd ask in the meantime while I do a larger search. Doc?
