If you choose vibrant life, THEN YOU NEED TO DO THE DAMN DRILLS... ....and, when do you need to do them? When you need to do them! When do you need to go to the bathroom? When you need to go to the bathroom. It's just that our " energy awareness " is not as acute as a bowel movement. When our energies are leaking out though out joints, is NOT near as noticable as when our bowels are leaking.
