Guest guest
Greg, Suggest that your friend go to a good Feldenkrais practitioner. I don't know where you are and if you want more info I can ask locally about who is in your area. There are some very good people in the San Francisco bay area. A good practitioner will not cause any further harm and most likely will help greatly. She described what she did as Trigger Point Therapy. Worked real well the first three times (one week), didn't work at all after that. I moved on to something else. I've written about what I'm doing now on this or the other list before. See my post on Nov. 27 2005 and the followup on Nov. 29 2005, for example. (I have progressed significantly since then, and am now very close to the end of that process.) -james
Guest guest
Hi Greg, I recently bought this book- The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook, Clair Davies, and have been using it to relieve neck pain with some success. kate >All, > > > >Has anyone tried any of the systems for Trigger Point Therapy like this? > > > >http://www.fenixstopspain.com/index.html > > > >Comments expected!
