Solar meditation/functions I use

Hi Peggy,

 

Since receiving the Circle of Light attunements, I've been looking in the

files here for info. on the solar meditation/solar shower you mentioned in

the post about Cof L attunement.

 

Is the solar meditation/shower the same as the Heart of the Sun meditation?

 

Also, in reply to your Q, the functions I use most often (daily) are by far

the clearing and amplification, and the Solar angel ones. And now, daily,

the Goddess shakti.
