I am asking for some help for a work colleague who suffers from Crohn's disease.

She asked me if I could identify some crystals that may help her ailment. As I

am not proficient with crystal healing yet, I wanted to ask if anyone here has

had experience helping someone with the disease and which crystals could help to

alieviate the symptoms. If anyone wishes to email me off list, please do.

Hi Hazel and Féa

I'm new to this list but felt I had to reply to your question. I have Chrohn's

although it has been in remission for quite some time now. I have also done a 2

year diploma in crystal healing in the UK and from personal experience I have

found that generally green stones work well to calm the illness. Peridot is

really good as it seems to bring a lot of light to the area and I love jade and

green calcite for earthing and calming me and easing a busy, noisy gut. Having

said this, finding the route cause that led to the illness in the first place is

essential to treat it. This can involve a lot of healing sessions to bring to

light the underlying issues that need to be dealt with. I hope this helps.
