It is good as a general green weed for health teas and might help MAD COW disease in humans and animals. This is the Chinese New Year and it is the Year of the Metal Chicken. Metal years are known for dryness and sadness. Pineapple...Aloe...and Cactus are all plants that faire well in dry climes and eating them in salads and cereals might help. Salves as well.
