KICKING " Energy " SECRETS Part 2. In my last post, I went over some of the common reasons many people have lousy kicks and how to quickly and easily fix those common training mistakes. In this post I'm going to address the " energy " of kicking, and where I think you might easily fix those energy blockages with self-help energy drills. 1. Many people have switched energy polarities. The energy that comes into the left foot is negative. The energy that goes out the right foot is positive. If those polarities are switched, it's like having the battery cables switched on a battery. The car won't start, and you are going to burn out other parts. This switched polarity is easily fixed by just taking a stainless steel spoon and spooning the bottoms of both feet for about a minute each. 2. Many people have a congested or stopped Belt Line flow (the Girdle Flow in Traditional ). This is a Radiant Circuit flow that goes around the waist and down the legs in a figure 8 pattern. Any one with fat on their middle has a Belt Line Flow problem. They need to work that area every day. If the Belt flow is restricted, then the 14 meridians cannot feed the energy (vital force) to the legs properly. To reactivate the Belt line flow, pull from the back of the left hip to over the over the right hip, 3 times, and then go down the right thigh/leg/foot to the ground. Repeat process three times. Then repeat the same process on the other side. 3. Many people, especially people over 30 years old, get clogged energies in their feet. Their Gait Reflexes clog up. The meridian endings in their feet shut down partially. The Kidney Pt. 1 squeezes shut. The Spleen meridian becomes congested. Etc. So massage the Gaits. That means, from the ankles down massage in- between the toe ligaments and bones on top of the feet. It is painful for most people. That just means it is needed badly. The go to the bottom of the feet and spread the foot apart with your hands, like you are stretching cold rubber. Go lengthwise on the foot and widthwise. Be sure that you spread K-1 as if you are opening up a small hole that has become congested. That is your Life Point, and energy needs to be able to enter and exit there easily. Now take both hands and squeeze the sides of the foot, working all the way down the foot. This activates Spleen meridian and Bladder meridian. Spleen meridian governs the immune systems and metabolization of food, thoughts, etc. The Bladder meridian governs the electricals and the nervous system. 3. Now we go to clogged lymphatics. If the lymphatics in the legs and the back are clogged, then those toxins can be stopping your kicks and your flexibility. Here I'm referring to Circulation Sex lymphatics, Small Intestine Lymphatics and Large Intestine Lymphatics. 3A. The Circulation Sex lymphatics are located just below the tailbone and upwards towards the hips on the back. They are also located from the bottom of the groin about 1/3 the way down the inner thigh. They are also located right above the groin on the pubic ridge. 3B. The Large intestine lymphatics are located on the outside of the thighs where the seam of the pants run. 3C. The Small intestine lymphatics run on the inside of the rib cage, on the inner thigh starting right below Cir Sex lymphatics down to the knees. Just massage all three of the above lymphatics DEEPLY 2-3 times. That massage will instantly loosen the clogged lymphatics and your flexibility will increase right away. 4. The last technique I'll address with this short post is how to clear all your joints of clogged energy. When energy sits in the joints and become stagnant, arthritis can occur over time. One of the better ways of freeing the joints of the neck, back, shoulders, arms, hips, knees and ankles is to do Connecting With Heaven and Earth. It is not only an excellent way to get energy flowing throughout your body, it is formulated to help integrate the left and right brain hemispheres, and to also activate you're your radiant energies the most fundamental energy system in feelings of joy. a. Start with your hand on your thighs with your fingers spread. b. Inhale and swing your arms out to your sides, circle them up until your hands meet in front of you, and come into a prayer position in front of your chest. Exhale. c. With your next inhalation, look up as you bring one arm up and one arm down. " Push " with your palms and hold. d. Release your breath and bring your hands back into a prayer position. e. Repeat, switching the arm that goes up and the arm that goes down. f. Repeat the sequence on each side 3 times. g. Finally, drip your arms, lean forward so your waist is bent and the top of your head comes toward the ground, bend your knees slightly, and take 2 deep breaths. h. Slowly roll up to a stand.
