That was a fascinating 'energy' exchange (John and Stacie). I

haven't been too active in this group but the topics have motivated

me to learn more and " do the drills. "

About blurred vision....and neck rolling...

I see this fairly often in a professional setting and like John said

it is often caused by stress. It is often mechanical in nature and

the head/neck postures (forward head posture) that are related to

stress may actually be compressing the vertebral basilar artery

(vertebral artery insufficiency syndrome). When that happens,

blurred

vision, among other neurovascular signs and symptoms, can result.

It is most often benign and easily treated with posture correction

and decompression of the back of the head with the upper neck

vertebrae.

In other words, sit up straight and hold the top of your head high.

The neck rolling exercise, if my assumption is correct, would also

help decompress the important area in the upper neck area.
