I cant speak for Doc, but I own a couple groups so I have some ideas.

 

First thing I would do is run " why you have the group " through the

clarity model.

 

From your post, I cant tell.

 

Also, remember no matter how many people you have on your group, only

about five to ten percent will ever really participate. So out of

your 17 you should get about one, maybe two, people actively

participating, and from the sounds of it thats exactly what you have,

even if that one to two are you.
